The Suffolk County Baseball Seasons starts on March 11th, but don’t wait to prepare yourself.
9 sessions of baseball specific instruction, drills, speed and strength training by NYS Certified Baseball Coaches and Sports Performance Specialists at the 365 Athletics Facility, 990 Station Rd. Bellport, NY.
The state of the art baseball indoor complex contains 4 pitching mounds with catcher nets, 3 full size (75ft) Batting Tunnels, 4 Sock Nets, and a 44 ft x 85 ft Turf Field.
The Wildcats Winter Workouts Program features:

NINE Sessions of Small Group Instruction and Drills run by NYS Certified Baseball Coaches

Baseball Skills Training in Hitting, Defense, Pitching and Live At Bats

60 Minute Pitcher’s Driveline Protocol & Rapsodo Technology Training with Coach Mike O’Reilly (SWR Alum and former pro pitcher)

Baseball Specific Speed, Strength and Conditioning Training Program by Infiniti Performance
DATES : Saturdays: January 20, 27 February 3, 10, 17, 24 and March 2, 9 (and TBA during 2nd week of March)
TIMES : 7am-9am (9th-12th graders), 9am-11am (5th to 8th graders)
COST: $375
Checks can be mase payable to Wildcat Athletic Club (submit to MS Main Office or HS Athletic Office)
